The rupee opened 13 paise up at 64.35 against dollar on Friday on account of selling of American currency by banks and exporters amid sustain inflows by foreign institutional investors and firm Asian cues. The local currency on Thursday shrugged off disappointing GDP numbers and closed 3 paise up at 64.48 a dollar.
